Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team. This role supports day-to-day accounting operations by assisting with accounts payable and receivable, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting routine accounting processes such as month end close.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivables and accounts payables.
- Perform month-end closing procedures including general ledger entries and accruals.
- Reconcile bank accounts and balance sheet accounts.
- Record, monitor and track fixed assets.
- Maintain ERP master data.
- Monitor and advise on company financial controls.
- Maintain documentation for audits and support audit requests.
- Assist with financial statement preparation and preparation of management reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred.
- 3 years of experience in manufacturing operations required.
- Proficiency in ERP systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Annual Salary: $60,000-$80,000 (depending on experience)
