Legal Assistant – Tax Law Practice

Established tax law attorney in Rockville, Maryland seeks a highly organized, professional, and dependable Legal Assistant for a long-term position.

We are seeking someone who is strong administratively and capable of taking on increasingly substantive legal support responsibilities as they grow within the practice.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3–5 years of prior law firm experience
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Professionalism with clients and staff
- Comfort working in a fast-paced and demanding legal environment
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Strong follow-through and reliability
Experience assisting with legal drafting, file management, client communications, scheduling, court filings and tax-related matters is a plus.
