Manager responsibilities may include:
- Leading and supporting the front and back of house team
- Scheduling and overseeing daily operations
- Ensuring quality service and food standards
- Handling customer concerns professionally
- Training staff and maintaining a positive team culture
Cashiers
Our cashiers are the face of Black Rock Pizza and play a key role in creating a welcoming guest experience. We’re looking for friendly, outgoing individuals who are comfortable taking orders, handling payments, and keeping service running smoothly.
Cashier responsibilities may include:
- Greeting guests and taking food orders
- Processing payments accurately
- Answering menu questions and assisting customers
- Keeping the front counter clean and organized
- Working as part of a team in a busy environment
Cooks
We’re hiring cooks who take pride in preparing great food and working efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen. Experience is a plus, but we value reliability, work ethic, and a positive attitude just as much.
Cook responsibilities may include:
- Preparing pizzas and menu items to company standards
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Following food safety and sanitation procedures
- Working efficiently during busy shifts
- Supporting the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
