Customer Service Representative (CSR)
We are seeking an enthusiastic, goal-oriented Customer Service Representative who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Schedule and confirm service and maintenance appointments
- Coordinate scheduling and dispatch with the Service Manager
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales lead information
- Identify sales opportunities and assist with customer follow-up
- Support administrative tasks as needed
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and vendors
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service and/or dispatch experience preferred
- Service industry experience is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and build positive relationships
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, email, texting, and smartphones
- Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Must be able to lift 30 lbs. regularly (assist customers with water refills)
