Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize service skills to handle customer concerns effectively.
- Assist with retail sales and provide product recommendations based on customer needs.
- Call potential customers as needed to obtain 4 quotes per day.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or related fields such as retail sales or insurance sales.
- Excellent analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Property and Casualty License within 30 days.
