Whitecap Search is seeking a highly skilled legal professional to join our healthcare client's legal team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating high-stakes commercial agreements and providing legal support on FDA regulations. This role requires a forward-thinking individual who can modernize legal workflows by integrating AI tools and tech solutions.
The primary responsibilities include:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of high-stakes commercial agreements, including R&D, advertising, vendor, and promotional contracts.
- Providing legal support and counsel on FDA regulations and leading commercial/promotional compliance reviews for healthcare products and services.
- Partnering effectively with internal business teams across a global culture to align legal strategy with corporate and commercial goals.
- Modernizing legal workflows by leveraging and integrating AI tools and innovative tech solutions into daily contract management.
- 7 years of combined experience working in both a law firm and an in-house corporate legal department.
- Proven background supporting healthcare companies, specifically focusing on the commercial side of the business.
- Experience working within or for a global company, operating comfortably across international or cross-border contexts.
- Highly tech-savvy—specifically with AI legal tools—with an innovative mindset and a strong track record of cross-team collaboration.
- This is a remote position.
