We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food safety guidelines are followed, including proper storage and handling of ingredients.
- Assist in meal preparation by chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
- Participate in menu planning by providing input on seasonal dishes or specials.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including knives, ovens, grills, and fryers.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to management.
Qualifications
