THE DIFFERENCE OUR SALES MANAGER MAKES:
Our company's growth hinges on the strength of our sales and service efforts, and that's where you'll come in! You'll manage the field technicians, identify areas for improvement, and develop new strategies for growing revenue and increasing customer satisfaction.
Highly motivated to smash your goals, you'll proactively contact potential customers and speak with them about their HVAC, plumbing, and/or electrical needs. You'll generate interest in our services and record leads' information for follow-up purposes. This isn't just a sales support role; you'll also be able to close deals over the phone and sell our exceptional services to interested parties.
What We Need From You:

2+ years of sales experience (preferably in a sales rep or in-home consultant role)
