Responsibilities
As an RBT at Moving Mountains Bx, you will:
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA
- Collect accurate session data
- Teach communication, social, adaptive, play, and daily living skills
- Implement behavior intervention plans with consistency and compassion
- Collaborate with BCBAs and families to support client progress
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and collaborative clinic environment
Qualifications
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (or willingness to obtain certification)
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, professional, and compassionate
- Passion for helping children learn and grow
