Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in plumbing systems, ensuring that installations, repairs, and maintenance are performed efficiently and effectively. As a Plumber, you will work on various projects, including residential and commercial properties, contributing to the overall functionality and safety of plumbing systems.
Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in accordance with local codes and regulations.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for tasks such as pipe threading, welding, and general plumbing work.
- Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or necessary repairs.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Plumber.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics related to plumbing installations.
- Familiarity with hand tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- A valid plumbing license or certification may be required based on local regulations.
