Middletown Nissan is looking for an Automotive Sales Consultant who will take customers from start to finish with their vehicle purchasing experience. We are looking for candidates to join our team. No experience needed, will provide training on site.
Job Responsibilities (this is not an all-inclusive list):
- Providing OUTSTANING customer service to all customers
- Follow up on sales leads via phone call, text, email, etc.
- Work with Sales Managers and Finance Managers to ensure that sales goals are met
- Negotiate prices with customers
- Have complete knowledge of all of our products, and be able to present the product to the customer in a comprehensive manner
- Accompany customers on test drives
- Be an active participant in reaching personal and team sales goals
- Demonstrate vehicle aspects, functions, and features to customers in an enticing manner
Skills:
- EXCELLENT customer service skills
- Spanish speaking a plus
- Experience with CRM is a plus
- Basic knowledge of financing and basic math skills
- Computer, email, and internet proficiency
- Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to gather and interpret data
- Attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong work ethic
