Duties
- Assist in collecting and organizing data related to real estate properties, market conditions, and demographic trends using GIS (Geographic Information Systems) tools.
- Support quantitative research efforts by analyzing property performance metrics, financial statements, and market data.
- Contribute to financial analysis tasks such as evaluating property cash flows, calculating return on investment, and supporting financial modeling activities.
- Help prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations that summarize findings for internal teams and stakeholders.
- Participate in real estate appraisal processes by supporting valuation assessments based on market comparables and income approaches.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong foundation in math, financial concepts, and analytical thinking.
- Experience with financial software such as Excel or specialized real estate analysis tools.
- Knowledge of construction processes and construction-related data collection is a plus.
- Excellent written communication skills for preparing clear financial reports and documentation.
