Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation procedures throughout the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for order processing and payments
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and manage food safety protocols at all times
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and prevent over-serving
- Restock bar supplies regularly to ensure smooth service during busy periods
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a restaurant, coffee shop, or bar environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures, food safety management, and food safety standards
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced setting
