Crème & Chocolats is seeking a bright, outgoing, and dedicated Crew Member to join our fast-paced dessert boutique. In this role, you will be the face of our shop, responsible for crafting premium sweet treats—including signature French crepes, specialty boba drinks, and custom-dipped soft-serve ice cream products. This position requires a balance of culinary precision, exceptional customer hospitality, and the ability to maintain a spotless kitchen environment.
Skills & responsibilities
- Previous food service, café, or barista experience is highly preferred but not mandatory.
- Cheerful, customer-focused attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile; strong, positive communication skills with teammates and managers.
- Ability to stand for the duration of a shift, move quickly during peak rushes, and handle hot crepe griddles safely
- Knowledge of food preparation and handling practices to ensure safety and quality.
- Ability to work in a café environment, demonstrating a friendly demeanor and customer-focused attitude.
- Have Food handling certificate and also have references.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area in compliance with food safety standards.
- Assist customers by taking orders, providing recommendations, and serving ice cream products.
- Handle cash register transactions accurately using Clover POS systems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Engage with customers to enhance their experience and promote additional sales.

Pay: $15.15 - $17.15 per hour
