- Weekly Gross Pay:Up to $3,261
- Total Assignment Pay:Up to $42,393 (13-Week Contract)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment in Alaska. This opportunity is ideal for experienced travel nurses who thrive in a fast-paced acute care environment and are comfortable working across multiple patient care units.
Candidates must be willing to float between Medical-Surgical, Emergency Department (ED), and Intensive Care Unit (ICU) as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups.
- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Monitor patient progress and accurately document care using Meditech EMR.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions.
- Respond effectively to emergency situations while maintaining patient safety.
- Float between Med/Surg, ED, and ICU based on staffing needs.
Requirements
- Active Alaska RN License (Required at the time of submission)
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience
- Previous Medical-Surgical experience required
- Ability to work both Day and Night shifts
- Willingness to float between Med/Surg, ED, and ICU
- Must complete required fingerprinting prior to assignment start
