Automotive Accounting Associate
Johnson Motor Sales in New Richmond is looking for a full-time Automotive Accounting Associate. The core hours for this position are Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
Automotive Accounting Associate Responsibilities:

Submit funding packets to various banks.

Process all in and out of State vehicle registrations.

Prepare incoming and outgoing titles.

Process loan payoffs on trade-in vehicles.

Submit local and state sales tax.
-
Remit and reconcile ancillary products from vehicle sales

Reconcile bank reserve statements and process cancellations.

Submit Extended Warranty claims for reimbursement.

Answer multi-line phone system.
- Backup front desk receptionist as needed including occasional closing shifts and Saturdays.

Accounts Payable backup

Great attention to detail
- Work under pressure in a fast paced, high-volume atmosphere.

Ability to multitask.

Perform various other office tasks as assigned.

Ability to communicate effectively with other departments within the dealership as needed.

Requirements:
Automotive Accounting Associate Qualifications:

Previous accounting experience preferred.
