We're building one of Colorado Springs' premier entertainment venues. Our goal is to create memorable experiences through comedy shows, live music, networking events, fashion shows, themed parties, cultural events, and private rentals.

What You'll Do
As Program Director, you'll help shape the entertainment experience at Echo Lounge by planning, organizing, and executing events from start to finish.
Responsibilities include:
- Plan and coordinate weekly and monthly events
- Research and book comedians, DJs, musicians, performers, and special guests
- Build relationships with vendors, promoters, artists, and community organizations
- Secure sponsorships and brand partnerships
- Maintain and manage the monthly event calendar
- Coordinate event logistics and timelines
- Assist with event setup, décor, and overall guest experience
- Represent Echo Lounge at networking events and within the local business community
- Collaborate with our marketing team on event promotion
- Track event performance and recommend improvements
- Help develop new event concepts that drive attendance and revenue

Bonus Points If You Have
- Event planning experience
- Hospitality or nightlife experience
- Sales or sponsorship experience
- Existing relationships with entertainers, vendors, or local businesses
- Social media or marketing experience
Schedule
- Flexible Part-Time
- Approximately 5–20 hours per week
- Some evenings and weekends required for events
Compensation
- $500 monthly base retainer
- Aggressive Performance bonuses
- Commission on sponsorships and partnerships secured
- Additional bonuses tied to successful events and attendance goals
