Who We Are
Richards, a Phalcon company, is a leading commercial and hyperscale electrical contractor delivering complex, high-value electrical construction projects across the Mid-Atlantic and beyond. Our work centers on large commercial builds, mission-critical data centers, and fast-paced, schedule-driven electrical scopes where execution, coordination, and performance matter. We do not perform public utility transmission or distribution work.
Our culture is grounded in Quality, Safety, and Productivity (QSP). At Richards, Project Managers are not paper-pushers or report-passers. They own outcomes, lead teams, manage risk, and drive projects from award through closeout with accountability for schedule, budget, and field execution.
The Role
The Project Manager role is designed for an experienced electrical Project Manager who can independently manage medium-to-large commercial and hyperscale electrical projects with limited oversight.
This role bridges hands-on execution and leadership development. PMs are trusted to run work, manage client relationships, and control financial performance while continuing to sharpen leadership, risk management, and strategic decision-making skills.
This role is for Project Managers who have worked for an electrical contractor on commercial or hyperscale projects. Candidates without contractor-side electrical PM experience will not be a fit.
