Licensed Aesthetician – SKINS Med Spa
Location: Pasadena, CA Pay: $22–$24 per hour + commission + tips + performance bonuses
SKINS Med Spa is seeking a talented, professional, and motivated Licensed Aesthetician to join our team at our luxury Pasadena location.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about skincare and aesthetics, provides an exceptional client experience, and wants to build a long-term career with a growing med spa.

Responsibilities
- Perform professional facials and aesthetic treatments within your scope of practice
- Conduct skin consultations and assessments
- Develop customized skincare and treatment recommendations
- Educate clients on skincare routines, treatments, and products
- Recommend appropriate skincare products and treatment packages
- Build strong relationships with clients and encourage repeat visits
- Maintain accurate client records
- Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and properly prepared
- Follow all sanitation, safety, and infection-control protocols
- Work closely with our medical providers and front-desk team
- Deliver the high-end, personalized experience expected at SKINS Med Spa
Qualifications
- Valid California Esthetician License
- Previous med spa, luxury spa, or skincare experience preferred
- Strong knowledge and passion for skincare
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Professional, polished, positive, and reliable
- Comfortable educating clients and recommending products and services
- Sales experience is a plus
- Motivated to learn, grow, and develop within the aesthetics industry
