What You'll Do
- Source and recruit skilled construction workers using job boards, referrals, social media, and direct outreach
- Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews with tradespeople
- Build and maintain a strong, reliable pipeline of qualified field workers
- Visit active job sites to build relationships with workers and contractors in the field
- Support day-to-day branch operations including payroll, billing, and collections
- Assist with client development and sales activity to grow the local market
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in blue-collar staffing
- Proven ability to connect with and earn the trust of tradespeople and contractors
- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working at a fast pace
- Reliable transportation for field activity
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
What You'll Earn
- Base Salary: $45,000–$50,000
- Uncapped Commission
