Gate Access Security Officer
The HOA is currently seeking qualified candidates for Gate Access Security Officer positions in Sanford, North Carolina.

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Shifts: Shift times 7p-7a.

Valid North Carolina Security Guard Registration (Guard Card) required

Prior security experience required

Experience in HOA communities, residential security, gate access control, or similar environments strongly preferred

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to monitor and control community access points while maintaining a professional presence

Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

Control and monitor access through community gates
-
Verify resident, guest, vendor, and contractor access
-
Maintain accurate visitor and vehicle logs
-
Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests
-
Observe and report suspicious activity or security concerns
-
Follow all HOA policies, site procedures, and post orders
-
HOA security
-
Residential community security
-
Gatehouse or access control operations
-
Visitor management systems
-
Customer-facing security assignments
