In-Person or Remote — You Choose
This posting is open to both in-person and telehealth clinicians. In-person positions are based at our Covina and La Verne offices in the San Gabriel Valley. Remote clinicians conduct all sessions via telehealth and may access our offices at any time for documentation or professional workspace. We welcome applicants for either setting or a hybrid of both.
Schedule Expectations
Minimum 15 sessions per week (17 slots recommended to account for cancellations). Full-time is defined as 25 or more clients per week. We welcome both part-time and full-time applicants: you build your own schedule.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or related field
- Active California license (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC)
- Experience working with individuals, couples, and families
- Knowledge of PTSD, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based treatment modalities
- Experience or interest in neurodiversity-affirming practice a plus
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to clinical work
- Strong organizational skills and commitment to timely documentation
- Bilingual Spanish/English a plus, but not required
