Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating delicious beverages in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders with a friendly attitude
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages
- Operate Tea-making equipment such as espresso machines and grinders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Handle card transactions accurately using the POS system
- Upsell products and promote specials to customers
Skills:
- Excellent time management to handle multiple orders efficiently
- Strong sales skills to drive revenue through upselling
- Exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of food safety standards in the preparation of beverages
- Experience in the food service industry with proficiency in food preparation
