San Antonio, TX Site Work Company is seeking individuals to fill multiple positions including: HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR positions.
The successful candidates for EQUIPMENT OPERATOR roles will have:
* Operating experience and an uncompromising focus on safety and job excellence for building pad and parking lot construction.
* Experience with Topcon GPS a plus!
* Experienced heavy equipment operators for loaders, haul trucks, front end loaders, excavators, dozers, rollers, water trucks and bobcats.
Skills You’ll Need:
Experience. Preferably 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment
Operational and Safety Expertise. Must possess thorough knowledge of equipment capabilities and specifications for various finished products. Strong understanding of OSHA and Stark Contracting safety regulations, with keen hazard identification skills.
Adaptability. Must be willing to work overtime and extended hours based on project and company needs. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and handle exposure to loud environments. All positions require walking, sitting, up to 50 lb. lifting, standing on uneven surfaces, pushing, pulling, and climbing to a significant degree.
Driving Requirements. Must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Teamwork and Communication. Must demonstrate strong communication skills and thrive in a collaborative team setting. Respond promptly to inquiries and follow through to resolve issues effectively.
