Powersports Technician

At Nextgen Powersports, we're looking for technicians who take pride in quality workmanship and enjoy solving problems. Whether you're just getting started installing accessories and completing setups, or you're an experienced diagnostic technician looking for your next opportunity, we'd love to talk with you.
We service and customize some of the industry's top brands, including Polaris, CFMOTO, Sea-Doo, Can-Am, Ski-Doo, and more. Our shop is continuing to grow, and we're looking for team members who want to grow with us.
What You'll Do
Depending on your experience level, your responsibilities may include:
- Complete vehicle inspections, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs.
- Perform accessory installations and unit setups.
- Diagnose electrical, fuel, engine, drivetrain, suspension, and performance concerns.
- Utilize manufacturer service manuals, technical support, and service bulletins.
- Document repairs using Concern, Cause, and Correction (3 C's).
- Communicate recommended repairs and additional service opportunities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform quality control inspections before units leave the shop.
- Accurately track labor and complete repair documentation.
- Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
- Collaborate with advisors, parts personnel, and fellow technicians to provide an outstanding customer experience.
We're Looking For
We welcome technicians of all experience levels.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn.
- Experience working on powersports, motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, snowmobiles, marine, automotive, diesel, or similar equipment.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills (preferred for experienced technicians).
- Pride in producing quality work.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driver's license.
Manufacturer certifications are a plus, but not required. We are willing to invest in the right person.
