As a server at Queens Lounge, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an outstanding experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Taking and delivering food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Providing menu recommendations and answering any questions about our offerings.
- Ensuring tables are clean, organized, and properly set for each guest.
- Collaborating with team members to maintain a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.
- Handling payments and ensuring accurate transactions.
- Addressing any guest concerns promptly and professionally.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- 3 years of experience as a server or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
