Regal Credit Management is hiring an Account Executive — Strategic Partnerships to drive revenue growth through relationship-driven selling and high-trust partner channels.
This role focuses on building and closing business through strategic partnerships, including business managers, wealth advisors, banks, and other referral or institutional partners. The ideal candidate is strong in face-to-face interactions, disciplined in follow-up, and comfortable operating in a structured sales environment.
This is a high-accountability, full-cycle sales role responsible for both generating and closing opportunities.
What You’ll Do
- Build and grow relationships with strategic referral and partner channels
- Generate and close new business through a defined sales process
- Manage opportunities from first meeting through close
- Conduct discovery, presentations, follow-up, and closing conversations
- Reactivate dormant relationships and expand partner activity
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene, notes, and pipeline discipline
- Represent the company in professional in-person meetings and partner offices
- Use a company-supported business development budget responsibly
Performance Expectations
- Maintain a high volume of weekly meetings and partner interactions
- Conduct consistent outbound activity and follow-up
- Log all meetings and updates in CRM within 24 hours
- Manage a clean, stage-based pipeline
- Contribute to accurate forecasting and revenue targets
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or relationship-based account growth
- Strong client-facing or partner-facing selling experience
- Excellent verbal communication and professional presence
- Ability to build trust with high-value or high-touch clients and partners
- Strong follow-up discipline and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a structured sales process and maintain CRM hygiene
- Comfortable handling a high volume of meetings and outbound activity
- Self-motivated, accountable, and results-driven
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with strategic partners, referral channels, or institutional relationships
- Background in financial services, insurance, lending, or related industries
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Experience selling premium or consultative services
- Prior quota-carrying sales experience
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills

Compensation
$60,000 base / $120,000 OTE
