Overview
We are seeking professional house cleaners to join Chicagoland Pro Cleaning. Our ideal partner will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in houses, apartments and small businesses, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for our clients. Our cleaning assignments require a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work as an independent contractor. We split 60/40 with our independent contractors. The contractor gets 60% and we get 40% of the customer's invoice. Some positions pay hourly ($20 -$30 per hour) depending the specific assignments. We will issue a 1099 tax form after we pay an amount exceeding federal income guidelines.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning for our customers, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, polishing, and maintaining various types of flooring.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are used safely and effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain an organized schedule to ensure timely completion of cleaning tasks in multiple locations.
- Maintain business liability coverage as an independent contractor, for certain jobs. This will be specified with Chicagoland Pro Cleaning.
- Ability to speak conversational English, must have own transportation, must have own cleaning supplies.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel cleaning or paid residential cleaning is preferred.
- Must have a vacuum cleaner as needed.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Experience in small business cleaning environments is beneficial but not mandatory.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for cleanliness are essential for success in this role.
