Ultimate Therapy is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide rehabilitation services focused on improving resident independence, safety, and daily function.
Responsibilities Include:

Perform occupational therapy evaluations and treatments

Address ADLs, upper extremity function, coordination, and adaptive equipment training

Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to support resident care goals

Maintain compliant documentation and treatment records
Qualifications:

Active OT license required
-
Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
