Responsibilities:
- Clear tables promptly after guests depart and reset them according to upscale service standards.
- Assist servers with clearing empty plates, glassware, and side dish (banchan) refills during service.
- Change out grill plates efficiently and safely throughout the meal.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including floors and service stations.
- Support the front-of-house team by water carafes and assisting with light food running when needed.
- Ensure all condiments and tabletop essentials are stocked and spotless.
- Trash removal and assisting with basic closing cleaning duties.
- Weekend availability required
Qualifications:
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- Team-player attitude with a willingness to jump in where needed.
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for long shifts and lift/carry heavy trays or bus tubs (up to 30 lbs).
- Professional demeanor and ability to follow safety protocols regarding hot grills.
- Previous experience in a restaurant is preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate.
