A growing post-acute care organization is seeking a dynamic Director of Business Development to lead strategic growth initiatives and expand hospital referral partnerships across key markets. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and strengthen relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, discharge planners, and other referral partners.
- Increase admissions by identifying and converting new referral opportunities.
- Execute strategic business development plans that drive sustainable census growth.
- Maintain a strong presence in the healthcare community through networking, outreach, and relationship management.
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities to expand referral pipelines.
- Collaborate with operations and clinical leadership to ensure exceptional customer experience and seamless patient transitions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare business development, admissions, marketing, or hospital liaison roles.
- Long-Term Care and Skilled Nursing experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to develop referral relationships and consistently achieve growth goals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and relationship-focused with a passion for growing business.
