Florida Pain & Wellness Centers Inc. is seeking a reliable and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant to join our fast-paced, patient-focused clinic in Orlando. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, staying organized, and working as part of a supportive healthcare team.
No prior chiropractic experience? No problem—we provide training for the right candidate with a great attitude and strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients and provide a friendly, professional first impression
- Check patients in and out, and manage appointment scheduling
- Answer phones and assist with general office communication
- Prepare treatment rooms and therapy areas
- Assist patients with therapies, exercises, and treatment applications
- Explain basic therapy instructions to patients
- Maintain smooth patient flow throughout the clinic
- File, scan, and upload patient documents into the system
- Pull and organize patient charts as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset
- Medical office or chiropractic experience is a plus (not required)
