Worldshine is expanding rapidly with the core businesses of Adult Medical Day Care Centers, Assisted Living Facility, and Senior Independent Living Apartments. The extended business and products include the medical technology innovation, pharmacy, commercial real estate, physical therapy.

If you have experience or a passion for any of the following, we would love to hear from you:
- Painting, drawing, or other visual arts
- Arts and crafts
- Singing or choir
- Playing a musical instrument
- Music appreciation or music therapy
- Dancing or movement classes
- Fitness, stretching, yoga, tai chi, or gymnastics
- Sports, table games, or recreational activities
- Magic, comedy, storytelling, or other entertainment
- Cultural performances
- Any other hobby, talent, or educational activity that can engage and inspire older adults.
Volunteer opportunities are flexible. You may lead a one-time workshop, volunteer weekly or monthly, or participate in special events based on your availability.
Responsibilities
- Lead engaging group activities based on your skills or expertise.
- Develop and deliver simple, enjoyable activities appropriate for older adults with varying abilities.
- Encourage participation while creating a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment.
- Promote creativity, learning, physical activity, social interaction, and emotional well-being.
- Provide companionship and meaningful interaction with seniors.
- Assist participants as needed during activities.
- Perform other volunteer-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and empathetic nature, with a strong commitment to service.
- Previous experience in teaching or working with seniors preferred.
- Bilingual preferred
