Job Overview
Our client, a high-growth, national solar company specializing in home solar and community solar projects, is looking to bring on a Canvassing Manager to drive sales across the Philadelphia area. This hire will be a key member of the company's sales division and will play a pivotal role in its continued and rapid growth. This Canvassing Manager role is a full-time, permanent position with our client.
Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver license and reliable vehicle
- Minimum 1 year field sales or canvass experience
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and willingness to learn and grow
- Must be able to stand and be mobile for extended periods of time
Job Responsibilities
- Engaging with the Community - Educating customers on the benefits of residential solar systems and community solar programs
- Training & Development - Attending daily meetings for training, learning, development, and upskilling.
- Scheduling Appointments - Travelling across the area to meet with homeowners and small businesses and scheduling meetings for sales representatives
- Mentorship - Training, bentoring and leading new team members
Successful Candidates Must Have:
- Previous experience in a field sales or canvassing role
- Strong leadership skills and an ability to motivate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
- A valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle
Compensation & Benefits
- This Canvassing Manager role has a wage of: $35,000 per Year Salary, Plus Uncapped Commission & Bonuses - $90,000+ On-Target Earnings
