Job Description:
Little Rascal Learning Center is seeking a dependable and caring Bus Driver to transport children safely to and from our center using a 14-passenger daycare vehicle. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with children and values safety, punctuality, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive children to and from daycare, school, and approved field trips
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle safety inspections
- Ensure all children are properly secured and follow all safety protocols
- Keep the vehicle clean and organized at all times
- Communicate clearly with daycare staff about any delays or issues
- Assist children as they enter and exit the vehicle
- Maintain a calm and professional demeanor at all times
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Experience operating a 12–15 passenger vehicle preferred
- Must pass a background check
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable, punctual, and enjoys working with children
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, split shift - morning and afternoon shifts
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $13.00 per hour
