We are seeking a Shift Leader Trainee to join the Wingstop team in Azle, Texas!
Pay and Benefits:
- $16 per hour upon successful completion of the Shift Leader training plan and $14.50 per hour while in training
- 6 boneless combo, 3 tenders combo or the chicken sandwich combo available while working a 4-hour minimum shift

Responsibilities:
- Expedite orders accurately and efficiently from the Pilot station
- Delegate tasks to guide the flow of shifts to ensure that team members successfully complete all required tasks within a timely manner
- Provide exceptional customer service, and resolve any guest complaints that arise during shifts promptly and courteously
- Count and document daily inventory, prep logs, temperature logs, etc.
- Learn how to effectively work all stations in order to train team members when required
- Lead by example and treat others with respect while working in a fast-paced environment
- Other job duties as required
Requirements:
- Previous management experience in food service, customer service, or other related fields
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be available to work during peak business hours (Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays)
- Have reliable transportation
Pay: $14.50 - $16.00 per hour
