The Mediation Center of the Coastal Empire is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and strategic leader to serve as our Director of Mediation & Family Law Services. This full-time leadership position oversees family law and mediation programs, court-connected partnerships, Guardian ad Litem services, and community conflict resolution initiatives throughout Southeast Georgia. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in family law, mediation, program leadership, and trauma-informed practices, along with a passion for access to justice, family stability, and community impact.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
