Key Responsibilities:
· Support the recruitment and onboarding process for hourly associates
· Assist with pre-employment screening and airport badging (if applicable)
· Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
· Provide administrative support for HR initiatives and daily operations
· Respond to employee questions regarding policies, pay, and procedures
· Promote positive associate relations and a supportive work culture
Minimum Qualifications:
· High school diploma or general education development (GED) diploma
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Microsoft Office proficiency
