Job Summary
Extreme Decks is looking for an Outside Sales & Field Coordinator to support client relations, site visits, and project coordination. This role is a mix of sales, field work, and light administrative support.
You will handle client visits, assess project scope, take measurements, and help move projects from inquiry to execution.
Duties
- Visit residential and commercial job sites to assess scope of work
- Take measurements and evaluate installation requirements
- Meet with clients and present solutions
- Prepare and send estimates
- Answer incoming calls and follow up with leads
- Schedule site visits and coordinate appointments
- Communicate between clients and project manager
- Deliver small tools, hardware, and jobsite materials as needed
- Assist with basic administrative tasks while team is out of office
Experience
- Experience in decking materials, flooring, or exterior construction systems
- Background in construction sales or estimating
- Familiarity with materials such as IPE, composites, or similar products
- Ability to understand and explain installation methods to clients
Requirements
- Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable driving throughout South Florida (Kendall to Jupiter)
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
