Required Qualifications:
- Experience (Required): Minimum 5 years of verifiable, hands-on residential HVAC service experience
- Licensing (Required): Current EPA Section 608 Certification (Universal preferred), WA Electrical License 06A (required), and Seattle Journeyman Refrigeration Mechanic License (preferred)
- Driving: Valid WA State Driver’s License with a clean record

Job Responsibilities:
- We're seeking a seasoned HVAC Lead Technician/Operations Manager—someone who can lead from the field and oversee backend operations
- This is a hybrid role combining hands-on HVAC technical work with operations leadership (dispatch, logistics, inventory, training, scheduling, and customer success)
- You’ll report directly to the Owner and help scale the business from the ground up
- Oversee daily field operations and technician dispatching
- Perform advanced diagnostics and complex residential HVAC service and installations
- Manage inventory, parts orders, fleet, tools, and job costing
- Mentor junior techs and enforce safety and quality standards
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and team training
- Work with software systems (ServiceTitan or similar)
- Track KPIs and support strategic business decisions
Job Type: Full-time, Commission
Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00+ per year
