Job Summary
Maurer’s Your Image Partner is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations across our facilities. This role is responsible for helping ensure production and facility equipment operate safely, efficiently, and reliably.
The Maintenance Technician will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, complete facility and equipment work assignments, and support safety procedures and continuous improvement efforts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Perform preventive maintenance and assigned repairs on production and facility equipment.
· Troubleshoot and maintain mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems and components.
· Support equipment reliability, functionality, and safe operation throughout the facility.
· Complete facility maintenance assignments in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
· Read and interpret maintenance documentation, blueprints, and related technical materials.
· Follow company safety processes, procedures, and workplace standards.
· Communicate maintenance updates, equipment concerns, and repair needs to appropriate team members or leadership.
Required Qualifications
· High school diploma or GED required.
· Minimum of five years of experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial or military environment.
· Minimum of two years of supervisory experience.
· Working knowledge of wiring, electrical systems, electronic components, pipe systems, plumbing, machinery, and related equipment.
· Ability to read maintenance literature printed in English.
· Experience reading and interpreting blueprints.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and intranet/internet tools.
· Ability to stand for up to seven hours during an eight-hour shift.
· Ability to be on call 24 hours per day, as business needs require.
Preferred Qualifications
· Boiler knowledge.
· HVAC experience.
· Experience performing welding activities, including MIG, TIG, ARC, cutting, and brazing.
· Reliability certification such as CPMM or CRMP.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.50 per hour
