Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate must be reliable, able to work long hours, and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This position requires strong grilling skills and the ability to maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and cleanliness.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and plate menu items with consistency and accuracy
- Operate and maintain the grill station with proper technique
- Ensure food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards are met
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and kitchen procedures
- Assist with prep work, stocking, and maintaining kitchen supplies
- Work effectively as part of a team during high-volume service
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience preferred
- Ability to work long shifts and maintain focus in a busy environment
- Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and time management
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Must be available Tuesday through Saturday
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
