Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assemble metal parts using rivets as part of the pre-welding process
- Learn and perform basic Final assembly process initial training period (no certification required)
- Work with steel components
- Follow verbal instructions and shop floor direction
- Maintain clean and safe work areas
- Other duties may be assigned by the Manager or Supervisor.
Compensation: $20/hr
Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm

- Prior experience using hand tools, rivets guns, or working in a metal shop preferred
- Willingness to train in other manufacturing process (must show interest)
- Good hand-eye coordination and steady hands
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8 hours
- Able to pass a basic shop test for steadiness, understanding, and interest
