BILINGUAL TREATMENT COORDINATOR
(SPANISH/ENGLISH)
~ Starting Salary: $45,000 – $50,000 (based on experience) ~

Ocean State Behavioral is seeking a Spanish/English bilingual Treatment Coordinator to support children and families receiving Home-Based Services across Rhode Island. Requirements (Must Meet All):
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in a field related to Human Services, Psychology, or Social Work.
- One year of experience working with children with special healthcare or behavioral health needs is preferred
- Ability to reliably travel to and from clients’ homes throughout Rhode Island using a personal vehicle with current insurance, registration, and inspection.
- Ability to clear both BCI and DCYF CANTS clearances
What You’ll Do:
As a Bilingual Treatment Coordinator, your role will focus on coordination, communication, and continuity of care, including:
- Serve as a primary contact between families, clinicians, and collateral providers
- Oversee weekly productivity and work of home-based Direct Support Providers (DSPs) providing care to cases you manage
- Coordinate with schools, Early Intervention, DCYF, FCCP, medical providers, and other involved agencies
- Managing and maintaining required program documentation and treatment materials
- Supporting the hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and training of DSPs
- Collecting and organizing data and documentation for clinical review and team collaboration
