What You’ll Do
- Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in commercial real estate transactions
- Prospect and develop new client relationships
- Research market trends, properties, and comparable transactions
- Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts
- Build and manage your own commercial real estate business
What We’re Looking For
- Active Utah Real Estate License
- Commercial real estate experience preferred, but strong sales experience will be considered
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and relationship-driven
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working in a commission-based environment
Compensation: 100% commission-based, 1099 independent contractor. Potential annual commissions range from $0–$500,000+, depending on individual production and transaction volume.
