Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology required
- Active state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or status as a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
- Experience or strong interest in working in pediatric or school-based environments
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Adaptable and willing to collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessments, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families to promote student success
- Offer direct and consultative speech therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
- Maintain accurate records and consistent documentation in alignment with district and regulatory requirements
