A Tower Crew Supervisor must have superior crew leadership skills and is able to coordinate the efforts of multiple crews on large projects. The Supervisor must have 10+ years of experience performing related work as a Crew Leader. Must have experience scheduling crews, interfacing customers, generating reports, and managing the crew’s efforts in the field. Insures compliance with all safety requirements and be able to perform certified safety training. Must be skilled using Microsoft Office software.
