Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team in Roberts, WI. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization, ensuring excellent customer service, and contributing to the growth and success of our team.

Assist in managing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow

Support the development and implementation of company policies and procedures

Collaborate with the management team to set and achieve organizational goals

Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to team members

Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained

Assist in inventory management and cost control measures

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally

Contribute to creating a positive and productive work environment

Assist in scheduling and staff management

Participate in employee training and development initiatives

Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they arise

Support the implementation of new technologies and processes
Qualifications

Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Demonstrated experience in employee development and coaching

Outstanding customer service skills

Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting relevant technology and software

Basic financial management knowledge, including cost control and budgeting

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities

Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines

Team player with a collaborative approach to work

Must be {18} years of age or older

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in business or related field is a plus
