Full-Time Game Master/Dungeon Master (Dungeons & Dragons Facilitator) $18–21/hr + Tips

Are you a passionate Dungeon Master with a love for storytelling, improv, and creating unforgettable gaming experiences? Join our team at a vibrant Family-Friendly Entertainment Center where games are more than fun—they're magic. We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Full-Time Dungeon Master to help bring our adventures to life for both kids and adults.
What You’ll Do:
- Run 2–3 engaging weekly D&D games for adults (3–4 hour sessions), following a collaborative, pre-written year-long campaign.
- Lead 2 exciting weekly D&D sessions for children (ages 8–12) that are self-contained, age-appropriate, and easy to follow.
- Host 3+ off-site monthly D&D events in schools, libraries, or community venues (travel stipend provided).
- Collaborate with fellow DMs in weekly prep sessions to keep our stories consistent, dynamic, and unforgettable.
- Assist with other entertainment or gaming lounge tasks as needed to support our growing business.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong storytelling and improvisational skills
- Solid knowledge of D&D 5E rules
- Excellent organization and time management
- A welcoming, customer-first attitude
- Reliable transportation (for off-site events)
- A team player who is punctual, positive, and adaptable
Compensation:
- Starting at $17/hr + tips
- Performance-based raise up to $20/hr after 6 months
- Expected hours: 20 to 40 per week
- Schedule includes day, evening, and night shifts (8-hour shifts)
