We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Director, to serve as the strategic technology partner to North America Supply Chain leadership and as the executive leader responsible for delivering large-scale business transformation programs, product initiatives, enterprise technology investments, SAP-enabled digital capabilities. This role will play a critical leadership role in driving business modernization through SAP-centered transformation, enterprise standardization, process simplification, automation, advanced analytics, and emerging AI technologies.
As The Coca-Cola Company evolves toward a Product Operating Model, this leader will help drive the transition from traditional project-based delivery to product-centric, outcome-oriented ways of working. The role will partner with business leaders, Product Managers, Product Owners, Enterprise Architecture teams, and delivery organizations to develop business capabilities, product roadmaps, and value streams that continuously deliver measurable business outcomes. The successful candidate will promote a culture focused on customer value, continuous improvement, innovation, experimentation, and long-term business ownership.
A key focus area of this position will be helping to shape and execute Coca-Cola's Supply Chain AI strategy. This includes evaluating and scaling emerging technologies capabilities. This role serves as the primary point of engagement between business leadership, Global IT, Product teams, software vendors, systems integrators, consulting partners, and external service providers. The position provides leadership across a diverse portfolio of supply chain capabilities including SAP S/4HANA, Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, Inventory Management, Customer Fulfillment, Data & Analytics, Cloud Platforms, Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Integration Technologies, and emerging digital solutions.
The Sr. Director is accountable for portfolio strategy, PMO governance, product governance, solution architecture oversight, client engagement, vendor management, financial planning, organizational change management, and realization of business outcomes. This leader will ensure technology investments align with strategic business priorities while driving standardization, simplification, operational excellence, innovation, and sustainable value creation across North America operations.
The successful candidate will combine executive leadership, business relationship management, enterprise program management, product-oriented delivery expertise, and a deep understanding of SAP and enterprise technologies. Success requires the ability to influence senior executives, navigate highly complex organizational environments, lead large matrixed teams, manage strategic vendor relationships, and deliver transformative business outcomes that position Coca-Cola for the future of intelligent, connected, and AI-enabled supply chains. Strategic Business Partnering & Client Engagement
Facilitate prioritization of investments, product backlogs, resources, and improvements across multiple business functions.
Product, Program & Portfolio Leadership
Develop integrated roadmaps that balance innovation, modernization, technical debt reduction, AI initiatives, and operational priorities.
Ensure programs and products achieve business objectives, quality standards, financial targets, and value realization goals.
Manage dependencies, risks, issues, resources, and organizational readiness activities across multiple initiatives.
Partner with Product Managers, Enterprise Architects, and Business Leaders to define success measures, KPIs, and outcome-based metrics.
Drive delivery excellence through effective PMO governance, execution discipline, transparency, and continuous improvement.
SAP, AI & Enterprise Solution Leadership
Provide strategic leadership and solution oversight for SAP S/4HANA and related supply chain platforms supporting Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, Inventory Management, and Customer Fulfillment processes.
Partner with Enterprise Architecture teams to ensure scalable, integrated, resilient, and sustainable solution designs.
Evaluate emerging technologies including SAP Business AI, SAP Joule, SAP BTP, Generative AI, Predictive Analytics, Intelligent Automation, Machine Learning, and Digital Assistants.
Lead the identification, development, piloting, and scaling of AI-enabled business capabilities across the Supply Chain landscape.
Support modernization initiatives leveraging cloud platforms, data and analytics capabilities, automation technologies, and intelligent business processes.
Vendor, Systems Integrator & Consulting Partner Management
Lead strategic relationships with Systems Integrators (SIs), consulting firms, software providers, and managed service partners.
Establish governance processes to ensure quality, accountability, performance, and measurable business value from external partners.
Manage Statements of Work (SOWs), commercial agreements, contract negotiations, performance metrics, and vendor obligations.
Financial Management & Procurement Governance
Develop and manage annual operating budgets, project budgets, capital plans, product investments, and long-range financial forecasts.
Oversee procurement activities for software, consulting services, managed services, and technology investments.
Manage budget performance, financial reporting, cost optimization opportunities, and capital planning activities.
Change Management & Organizational Readiness
Lead change management activities supporting new technologies, business capabilities, organizational structures, and operating models.
Partner with business leaders to define communication, training, stakeholder engagement, adoption, and readiness plans.
Operational Excellence, Innovation & Governance
Drive standardization, simplification, automation, and process harmonization across the Supply Chain ecosystem.
Establish governance frameworks that ensure execution discipline, accountability, transparency, and strategic alignment.
Promote responsible adoption of Artificial Intelligence technologies through appropriate governance, security, data quality, compliance, and ethical AI practices.
Ensure compliance with IT risk management, cybersecurity, audit, business continuity, and disaster recovery requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or master’s degree are preferred.
8+ years of experience managing enterprise portfolios, PMOs, products, or strategic technology investments.
Experience operating within or helping organizations adopt Product Operating Model principles and product-oriented delivery frameworks, including capability-based planning, product management principles, value stream alignment, product roadmaps, outcome-based funding models, and customer-centric delivery approaches.
Experience leading AI, advanced analytics, intelligent automation, or digital innovation initiatives – evaluating and implementing emerging technologies including Generative AI, Intelligent Automation, Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, Digital Assistants, and AI-driven business process optimization.
Experience managing Systems Integrators, consulting firms, and technology service providers, including contract negotiations, SOW development, procurement governance, financial management, resource planning, and vendor performance management.
Deep expertise in SAP enterprise solutions, including SAP S/4HANA and related Supply Chain applications supporting Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Transportation, Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, and Supplier Collaboration. Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Business AI, SAP Joule, enterprise integration architectures, cloud platforms, data and analytics ecosystems, and modern digital technologies
Experience in consumer products, beverage, manufacturing, distribution, or large multinational organizations is preferred.
Preferred certifications: PMP, SAP, Product Management, SAFe, Agile, or Scrum, AI, Data Analytics, or Digital Transformation, ITIL or equivalent governance certification
Travel is required to support strategic business stakeholders, governance activities, product and program planning, system deployments, vendor engagements, innovation workshops, and Supply Chain operations primarily across North America.
Reports to Senior Director, Supply Chain Solutions
This position leads a team of Directors and Managers within the North America Supply Chain organization, with overall accountability for the Product Operations portfolio, team performance, and talent development across the group.
